Absolutely not! We welcome runners, joggers, walkers – everyone young or old is welcome.
10k starts promptly at 12 with the 5km starting at 12.30. Its important to arrive at least one hour in advance to avoid traffic and delays.

We have unprecedented numbers this year, so please try to arrive early as parking is limited. There will be lots of music and entertainment so come early and enjoy the festivities
if you opted for collection, you can collect your race no. and T shirt on Sat 6th Sept from 3-5pm or on Sun 7th Sept at MTU registration area in the Arena from 10- 12pm. Please bring your e-ticket with you for collection
Yes, you can register but there will be limited space available due to park restrictions.
Cash and card accepted.
No it’s not officially timed – so please wear your wearable to record your time.
On registration, you will be sent an online fundraising page that you can personalise and share easily with family and friends.

We have unprecedented numbers this year, so please try to arrive early as parking is not available within the park. As you enter the main gates, follow the signage to the right down to the Festival area. There will be lots of music and entertainment so come early and enjoy the festivities
if you opted for collection, you can collect your race no. and T shirt on Sat 13th Sept from 12-3pm at Kilkenny Castle park or on Sun 14th Sept at the registration area in the Castle Park from 10- 12pm. Please bring your e-ticket with you for collection
